Speaking of POD People (see also iPOD people), I keep seeing these PODS springing up. PODS: Portable On Demand Storage. Brilliant idea - probably making billions. Uber-convenient, but a little pricey compared to traditional storage facilities.
Monthly rental is $175 and deliveries are $61 each time. A long distance move from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL runs about $3,174.29. These numbers probably aren't that bad compared to other moving companies, though.
The sad part is, I find myself wanting to be a PODS person. I can't wait to move or store things using a PODS.
